Da wäre natürlich die Frage ob einen unrealistischen Herzenswunsch (z.B. dass deine Familie und Tiere nie sterben, weil du sie so liebst) oder ein realistischer Herzenswunsch (die Promotion mit summa cum laude zu bestehen) - jedenfalls wenn ich mich reinhänge...
